I bought my Domke bag from the London sure so can't comment on online purchases but the staff are friendly and willing to help.
 
I've always gone into the store I will travel to oxford street because I only have a Jessop's and I wasy getter better deal (including train fair) at camera world. They will always help you find the right kit I had an issue getting my flash to fire off camera they solved the issue for me.

I can say the same for the guys in Wells St. Helpful and friendly :)
 
I bought a 1d3 at Focus off them, they made a mistake with the serial number on the reciept. After a quick chat on the phone I got a new reciept with the correct details on without any fuss.
The camera was exactly as they said and in minty new condition.

I'd be very happy to deal with them again.
 
Got my 500D from em and a bag as well. Great shop with helpful staff, would shop there again.
