This may well be a stupid question :/ I'm looking for a camera shop that actually stocks a variety of lenses, accessories, bags, camera body's, tripods etc etc. a shop that takes lenses as payments or a shop that even does finance in person instead of it all being online. My local jessops is to small and very limited supply's on not many items.
I live in banbury Oxfordshire but I don't mind travelling. Any help would be great :) thanks

Carl.

Regardless of what form of currency a shop takes in return for goods, either monetary or as a secondhand trade in, it has to make a profit and pay its staff and suppliers in pounds. Therefore, its usually best to sell your equipment on the secondhand market, either here, ebay or via specialist dealers and then take that money and buy what you want.

As an example, I took an item of equipment to Warehouse Express, who have started doing a line of secondhand items in their Norwich premises, and they offered me £ 160 (unseen) for something that I've sold on Ebay for £ 275 and which regularly fetches over £ 350 for mint condition, low mileage items.

T4 Cameras in Witney is not too far from you. Only been in there once a long time ago so cant say what they are like really:)

For accessories there's also Morris Photographic at Chipping Camden. They sell everything except cameras!
Very helpful staff in there too:)

Yeah sorry Norton not Camden - it's early:)
