Camera sensor

Shot several thousand club photos in the last couple of years, no issue, I think you have to be very unlucky for that to happen also used lasers from time to time in light painting all these are professional disco grade and thus far never had an issue :thumbs:

Cheers MWHCVT,reckon its ok even when shooting directly into a lazer whilst its on?

I have done that, I don't know that I'd recommend it as there is a risk, I had a direct hit on the 5D3 a few months back on the evening I was shooting the shot below with no adverse after effect, but at the end of the day it's your kit to do with what your happy to do, no one else can say yes do it you'll definitely not have an issue because you could be very unlucky and have damage occur, chances are you'll not but never say never :)

i was filming lasers at amnesia a few hours ago.. the lasers are so powerful that theyve totally destroyed my camera sensor!! i need to buy a new canon 5d mk3 asap as theres no decent camera shops in ibiza!

im looking around for the lowest price for the total of a flight + 5d mk3. its looking like england is winning so far!
