Managed to drop a new Cannon PowerShot G12.
Display and pictures now unuseable.

Can anyone recommend reliable (and cheap) camera repair service in Midlands (pref Coventry)?

Having had kit repaired by Canon themselves I'd highly recommend them as the best place to go. If you ring opt for Option 1 on the initial phone call, and you get to speak to a real person. May even give you a price over the phone, but if it's drop then you'll probably need a quote
