I need to fix my Leica IIIa, does anyone recommend anywhere? I need a quick turnaround, everywhere I look says they guarantee 6months!!!

I used Newton Ellis in Liverpool. They were excellent but I think a quick turn around for them is at least 2 weeks.

I was going to mention them as well, they're 'old school' and I would feel comfortable sending them some kit, but I only dream of Leicas!

Guarantee of 6 months usually means the work carried out has a warranty of 6 months after repair, not that they guarantee to look at your camera within 6 months (although there are quite a few well known repairers, especially in the US, who actually do take months!).
