Try Fixation, I get Them to replace mirror foam on my Nikon FE2, very good I found.

I took my D7000 in due to focussing problems. Took it in on Monday @ 12:30, got an e-mail at 18:00 that same night to say it was done. Picked it up next day, and it was perfect.
I do live in London though, so it was only a tube ride to Vauxhall, so I don't know what their delivery charges are. Mine was a warranty job, so no charge.

Most of us at F&C tend to highly recommend Miles Whitehead - I've got a camera with him at the moment. Very competitive prices and good workmanship. Several others can vouch for his services as well. He's based out in Kent though.
Then there's Graham Playford near Tower Bridge - he's meant to be one of the best, but I've found his help only so-so.
