Camera RAW and image settings

Unless you are doing anything specialised, sRGB. The web and most print labs use sRGB. The others have a wider gamut, but then if you want to output to any format, you typically want sRGB.
 
I'd go with Andy's advice.

What you have there is a list of possible colour spaces to use. sRGB is probably the best for most uses. It's range will encompass most monitors and printers, so will enable you to get consistent results

ProPhoto RGB is a very large colour space. It's not one I would suggest you use, it's ideal for handling almost all of the visible spectrum, but needs to be handled with extreme care. No monitor can see all the colours in the ProPhoto spectrum and I think printers would have the same problem. Leave well alone.

ColourMatch RGB a very nice colour space and is the gamut of the old ( Very Old) Radius ColorMatch monitor. Not dissimilar to sRGB but seldom used nowadays.

Adobe RGB Very popular colour space. Larger than sRGB and Colourmatch, but smaller than ProPhoto. One of the two "Standard" colour spaces used by most people, the other being sRGB. The full gamut can be seen on high end monitors, and a growing number of printers can produce results in this colour space.
