yes, click the link and then the file PSS2ISCUG-EN.pdf at the bottom of the list

just tried it again and it seems to work OK for me...could be that the site works off cookies though so try this link instead and work through to get the manual link

it's there, it is the file called PSS2ISCUG-EN.pdf and is at the bottom of the list of files marked in red in the table...
