Hi so after reading some reviews and looking through their website I decided to buy a 5D mkii with 25,000 shutter count. Has anyone had any experience with them? Yes I have read the previous threads and all are a little out of date. So far they have not taken the money and all I've had is a confirmation email. Any help or experience within the last few months would be awesome.
 
They are owned by Jessops Europe Ltd, make of that what you will.

Only dealing I had was a quote for selling them a lens, laughably low compared to the likes of MPB and WEX
 
Well I bought a Canon 1000d from them in December for my nephew. It was delivered quickly with no issue and the camera appears to be fine.

They sent the wrong battery charger but I gave them a call and they sent the correct one out the following day (and didn't want the wrong one back).

Good service overall, I would use them again to buy from.
 
Thanks guys. Still waiting for them to take the money. I ordered on Saturday for delivery tomorrow. Not heard a thing at all today.
 
Yes - I have both brought from them and sold to them. Exceptional customer service imo and even gave me a call to confirm I had ordered the right camera for my requirements :)
