Camera Jungle 20% off everything

Still some solid bargains on the site if you're willing to risk it, one for a credit card order for sure!

Just had notification that the lens i ordered yesterday is due to be delivered today at lunchtime. Bit of a surprise really as I did not expect it until tuesday at the earliest.

Pity the price even with a discount of the lens I want is still rather expensive
They have had the same two for six weeks now and can't shift them at that price

thanks just order the wife a lens for her EOSM3

Seriously wouldn't bother I've used them in the past and service has been brilliant.

I ordered a Fuji XT2 last week and there's a fault where it won't manual focus, i've emailed them no answer and must have phoned 20 plus times and the phone either just rings or they cut you off. I could just send it back but cant be sure of a refund although I did pay by Paypal. Tried Fuji UK as well just to see the cost and its £180 as they think the front dial is faulty, I can still auto and continuous focus so will just not use manual focus.

if you paid by paypal or even a credit card for that matter you should be able to get your money back.

Use the Paypal Resolution Centre they will sort it for you.

You've got 14 days under the distance selling regs to send it back, they've got 10 XT-2s , i'd return it and order another one

I've returned stuff back to Camera Jungle and they've been fine, refunding my money as soon as they've received it back. If I remember correctly, there's a chat function on their site, have you've tried that?

I have also returned stuff to them and the emails worked just fine. But they may have downsized now with Jessops not doing well.

No problems with the lens i received on Monday, bloody bargain as well.

Thanks for all the replies, like I say the service in the past has been spot on and no problems. I've sent the stuff back today anyway as I had enough of trying calling around 30 times where the phone either rings or I get cut off. I've got paypal to fall back on.

you would not believe what I found in my lens box that got delivered, a Fuji XT-2 User manual and software CD. Will stick it in the classifieds as it is of no use to me.

I had a similar experience a couple of months ago, next day delivery turned into 10 days... No response to several emails, webchat and Facebook messenger or posts.... No issues with the item when it arrived, but the lack of response was frustrating.... I tried calling them several times and no one picked up the phone.

I placed an order this morning, got a dispatch notification within an hour with a tracking number so fingers crossed. The tracking number still isn't working so I'll see what tomorrow brings (or doesn't).

You probably realise that in many cases a tracking number is issued when the item is prepared for delivery but before being collected by the carrier and entered onto the delivery trail, hence not trackable until it is collected and actually on its way. :)

My kit arrived today as scheduled, 24hrs after placing my order. Both cameras were described as Excellent but I'd go as far to say they were Mint/As New. Impressed, £800 for two Fuji X-T2s is a bargain!

did you get the user manuals and CD with software, they sent me those two items with my lens box, so someone is short of a manual and CD

Yep both fully boxed with all the original bits which were still sealed.

I think so. There was one rated "Excellent" and this one. As long as it's 100% functional and not thoroughly beaten up through bouncing around in a kit bag, I'll be happy.

There was (maybe still is) a X-H1 at about £540 with the discount, and I was tempted...

For manual lenses FF is a better choice :)

The A7ii has turned up (lens is on the way). Pretty shoddy packaging - the outer box was fine, but within the inner box, the camera was just in a taped-up plastic bag tumbling around with the charger, battery etc. There's obviously no bubblewrap budget at Jessops. (I run a mail order business myself, and I'd never send out a £470-device without decent packing.)

That said, the camera seems to have survived. I think there's some sort of protector over the screen, and it looks a bit weird (maybe slightly delaminated). Some minor handling wear on the underside. Weirdly, the 'SONY' logo on the front has been blacked out! :-/ Not a deal breaker.

The Sony's come with a screen protector from the manufacturer as standard. With the older models delaminating is a common issue. You can peel it off and replace easily enough.

Thanks - I presume I need to use some gentle heating - hair dryer? And then something to degunk the surface...

Ordered some more stuff from them, hit a bit of an issue...

They use DHL but block allowing them to deliver to a Service Point or to a neighbour (DHL have confirmed this). So I have a parcel at a depot (which is well over an hour away) that can't be delivered to anywhere but my property, which is always empty between 8-6 on a weekday.

Camera Jungle, predictably, are impossible to contact.

Has anyone ordered this week? I've had an item awaiting dispatch since Friday. I did hear something this morning, they are 'checking the warehouse' but no news since.
