Anyone used them? Any problems? Any problems if there's something wrong?
 
Never even heard of them before, just looked and standard grey importers t and c's as in "you will be considered the sole importer"

Usual Go Daddy type website, you pays your money you takes your chance would be my opinion

Trustpilot and other reviews look ok and they take paypal. If no one here has used them I'll pay a bit more and go with hdew

What is the position with warranty, guessing its return to wherever they send the gear from.

Dundee address appears to belong to a D&H Innovation Ltd. https://www.dhinnovation.co.uk/ They have a small amount of stuff on Amazon, mainly business projector type things.

/Edit - Also known as Sobietech, this part of their about statement - "Based in Dundee, Scotland, D&H General Trading Ltd. is a well-established independent importer and distributor of innovative consumer electronic products." Could be they are partnering with the Chinese company to collect their warranty stuff and ship it back to them.

I called them today. No answer. I thought well, that's my mind made up. 5 minutes later my mobile phone goes. It was them. As I didn't leave a message could they help me. He was very sorry but talking to another customer. Answered my questions honestly (it will come from HK and take about a week or just under).
