Camera Cleaning

Hi, can anyone recommend anywhere that does camera cleaning. Theres nothing on the sensor but my camera is a few years old, been on many holidays most recently a safari trip which has covered the camera in dust so really just want it to have a good clean inside and out. Is there any online places that you can send camera off or is my best bet jessops (though not sure they do that sort of thing)??

Why don't you just wipe the outside with a disposable cloth moistened with water and brush out the inside as I do with a small brush -- it's FREE to do !

I keep the outside of mine free of the dust that gathers in the joins with a new soft paint brush.
