I have used them a few times and people I know use them more than I (using Olympus these days limits outlets quite a bit!).
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always get the impression they actually try to sell you want you want rather than what they want to sell.
 
purchased a crumpler bag which got lost in the post, a replacement was sent without any problems, they replied to emails and were easy to deal with.
I would use them again.
