I was just going to order one for the 1D I just bought and the price was 12.99 at lunchtime.

I look now and it went up to £14.99 ...

Maybe I need to wait for the sale to end so that the price goes down again

A colleugue purchased an inov8 battery and it would crash her D70s and my old D70. I have had no issues with energiser branded batteries in my D5000.
