No
I shoot alone most of the time and have my dual strap with a 24-70 + 70-200 on each body. But I am finding that its quite a chore to go running back to my bag all the time just because I want to make use of the macro lens. So I am thinking of carrying a relatively small over the shoulder type bag that can carry spare lenses.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

thought about a waist belt? I have never used one personally but the OH reccomends them

An assistant :)

Shootsac May be too big though if all you want is to carry the macro. And may get in the way of the second camera. In fact, ignore this daft suggestion altogether.

something similar to that, but a more convential bag with compartments.

I wouldnt use it to carry all my others lens too, so they are all handy and in reach
