Camera bag dividers

I’ve just got a Sigma 300 f2.8 for my 40d now and rather than change for yet another camera bag, would anyone have any suggestions where if at all possible I might be able to buy padded dividers from? I’ve got a rather large ruck sack that I should be able to convert – just need to pad it out and set some dividers up somehow! :thinking:

I’ve got a Velocity x10 already but that won’t allow for another lens to be carried once I’ve put some other stuff in it.

Any ideas or should I just bite the bullet and buy new?
 
My current bag du jour is a military-spec rucksack in which I've got a Lowepro Lens Case 5 for my Siggy 120-300mm f/2.8 with body attached - yes the body obviously stands proud of the case but I'm pretty please for the type of access/other kit I carry
