Just a quick heads up to say what good customer I received from Calumet today.

I have a Calumet monopod and the rubber foot has worn through pretty bad so the inside of the monopod is now exposed to the elements. I looked online for ideas to replace it using google and a few sites said about using a walking stick rubber and a look on eBay found them but I thought well if I'm going to pay for that I may as well see how much the proper thing direct from the manufacturer is so I popped an email along to Calumet.

Well today I get an email back from Calumet saying they had done some digging and found a replacement part for me and there was no charge for it! Been posted out today!

Well happy with that! They could of charged me for it or at least charged p&p but no, completely free!

Goo to hear the good things that happen out there in internet land :) and good news on getting the monopod back into service.

I've only ever had great service from calumet :thumbs:
 
I used them for the first time this week and purchased a backpack from them via their ebay shop. Item arrived the very next day, so well pleased with the service.
 
Nothing to do with cameras but Monitor Audio did the same with me when my little lad knocked over my speaker and snapped one of the feet.E-mailed asking if they could point me in the direction of where I could buy a new one and before I knew it I had an e-mail saying one was in the post free of charge.Little things like that that make the difference.

Got my Bowens kit a few weeks back from Calumet so good to hear about the good customer service.
 
I also used them for the first time last Friday through their eBay shop. I bought a bag from them and sent a question which was responded to within the hour. I then purchased the bag at 2:30pm Friday and it was despatched within two hours and delivered around 2:30 on Monday!

Excellent customer service and very quick delivery. One happy lady :)
