Yes
Is back in stock at Wex, if anyone wants one.

I've been on the look out for one of these for a while as they seem to be really good value compared to other pop-ups but they have been out of stock.

They work well but I buggered the zip on mine by using my innate heavy handed clumsiness. :-)

Yes they do work well .
I have two, one in better condition than the other ( the second was unplanned , a bit like kids! )

They actually see little use now that I've got myself sorted with darkroom facilities as it is easier to load filmholders etc in the dark on a surface than inside a tent.

I'd be tempted to part with one but now that govt has ( to use Andy's terminology)' buggered' the system re purchases/ imports :banghead:, it could well prove cheaper , and most certainly easier , for you guys to purchase new locally than to adopt one of mine.

I’ve got one too, good bits of kit although they can get a little warm if you’ve got your mitts in them for a long time. Good value when compared to other options.

I have one. It works well and is so much more spacious than even a large changing bag. I agree thought that it feels a little fragile. Nowt wrong with mine so far, inshallah.

I agree that it feels slightly fragile, but my one is still going strong after 8 years or more, so that's a plus. It's quite big when it's open, so something to be aware of if you take it out in the field as I did with the Ilford Obscura.

Mine arrived today, haven't used it in anger but I did "try it on" and the arm holes were quite tight, I don't think I've got massive Popeye forearms. I'll see how it goes.

Yes the arms are tight.
I have skinny arms but still the elastic bands are a tad snug if I pull them up too far.
Keeping the bands at wrist / lower forearm has never posed light entry issues for me personally....... have a play, I’m sure you find what is comfortable whilst being practical.

A word of advice when packing away into its zip sleeve.
When closing/ opening the zip, keep a finger on the underside ( inside) of the zipper to avoid the possibility of it catches and snagging the material otherwise you may end up with a light tight tent that ain’t light tight!

Thanks for the info; I think I'd better give one of those a miss then. I suppose they have to go for a tight fit to keep the light out.
