calling Canon 1D Mk II owners!

Just set mine up with these settings and my camera stopped focusing completely ??

Those settings move focus activation to the back. Did you focus with the shutter button before?

Just realised it has changed the focus button doh! just out of interest how does this make it better?

OK, bit of an update.
Spoke with shop i bought it from and to cut a long story short(er), they've sent it to fixation last Friday to fix it.
After a lot of phoning to shop/Fixation and shop again, they've said they should have an estimate by Monday, and then it'll be approx 4 days to repair, depending on parts etc.
Can't really argue i s'pose, but a whole week and Fixation haven't even looked at it yet?
Expected faster turnaround than that!

I have 1D MarkIIn but no longer use it, i used it few times last time 2 years ago, but then i used my 1D MarkIII more and didn't shoot with 1D2n as second body much, then last year i decided i will use only 1D3, but then i bought 1DX last year near the end of the year, so i will never touch my 1D2n again, even my 1D3 has no much use nowadays.

I am planning to sell my 1D2n and 1D3 and 1Ds3 locally so i can get another 1DX, hope i can find a buyer here locally sooner or later.
