Cactus v4 for D3000

Happy lunchtime all,

Just wondering if anyone has experience using the Cactus v4 with their D3000 to get the flash off-camera?

Any experiences good or bad? lol, admittedly it's only for a super-muscly shot of myself that's inspired this but after a bit more reading on flash I'm starting to get a hint of the entire world I'm missing out on!

The V4 should work with the D3000. They have a good range and seem very reliable.
