Grabbed a shot of these two squabbling. I was disappointed to have clipped the wings but I still quite like the shot.

Quality timing Gordon, looking at flickr you got some good keepers. Its great as it is but if only it had the full wings it would be a masterpiece. So frustrating!!

You absolutely right Mike, i was annoyed with myself for having the 1.4 converter on as i was hoping for aerial activity. On the other hand photography is for enjoyment and if i got too upset every time I missed a shot I'd be permanently depressed!!

Absolutely spot on Gordon, its only for fun for us amateurs! Its one of the never ending joys / frustrations of wildlife photography that they only come close when you have the converter on!!
