I've more or less decided on what I want, which is, basically, a Small Form Factor case ( available on their Optiplex ranges), with a reasonably powerful system, but NO monitor.
One of their advisors suggested a case that was no longer available (Studio Slim).
Another told me that I could get an SFF case without a monitor, another told me I couldn't.
One told me I could upgrade the video card, the others told me I couldn't.

Is it correct that if a combination doesn't appear on their website, its just not possible? I just can't believe they *would* do a certain setup without a monitor, but *not* an almost identical one.
Anybody have any suggestions? Can I just email them and tell them exactly what I want?
