Does anybody buy frames online? Can anyone recommend a website where you feel like the product delivered matches the photos of it on the web? Or perhaps, where the quality of the frame exceeds the advertising imagery?

Kaleidascope and Ultimat have been good, not used them but e-frames have a good reputation.

I've bought about 25 frames from frames.co.uk and have had mostly good product but have had 3 poor quality frames out of them. To be fair though, they have been brilliant at resolving the issues and sent through free replacements without too much pressure from myself. They've got a fantastic range of products and a decent website as well where you can upload an image to see what it would look like in different frames.

I bought a pile of Nielsen Classic frames from fastframes for an exhibition and was very happy with the quality & service.

Note however that many of the other products in the Nielsen range use a lower grade of glass which has a distinct green cast. It's a bit of a shame as I'd have preferred a matt finish to the frames.
I got my mount board, mattes and mounting & framing tape from Cotswold mounts.
