In my search for an M6, I have seen a few in Germany. Now I thought that as part of the EU there would be no import charges, however some listings list this:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Note: Please note that all items are input automatically and hence subject to errors and/or erroneous images.

Before i commit to buy, i am guessing that applies to non eu countries, so I would not be hit with anything?

No import charges from eu countries assuming of course its eu stock. But you'd better move fast, that might change soon. :)
