Hi people,
I have been interested in the above lens for quite some time now. The cheapest listed in camerapricebuster is £289.99. Now, I haven't bought a lot of lens to appreciate how it works; but say if I tell the shopkeeper I'll buy 2 at once, with cash, do you think one can get some discount?
Any ideas or thoughts?
Anyone want to do this with me?

I would think the only way to find out about buying two would be to ask each store... drop them all an email ?

I find this sort of questions really odd!

There are two answers

1) Yes
2) No

But only you are in a position to try this, no one here can possibly say, it depends on the store you visit, and whether they actually have two in stock.

I just don't see how anyone here can possibly answer this!

More importantly, are there any readers out there (I'm in London) who is interested in buying this lens? Maybe we should get together and start asking. I'll start asking next week (2 units with cash).

It would help if you mentioned which mount you were talking about but I doubt that you'll get any significant discount by buying two.
