And Israeli doctor at a medical conference boasts 'medicine in Israel is so advanced we can take a heart from a dead patient, put it in a living patient and have him up and looking for work in 6 weeks.' The German doctor then boasts 'that's nothing, we can take a lung from one man, put it in another and have him up and looking for work in 4 weeks!'. The English doctor then steps forward and says 'that's nothing gentlemen. We took an Ar*ehole from Scotland, put him in 10 Downing street and within 24 hours had half the country looking for work!'
