moo are good for short runs. Bigger runs, jamjar print come highly recommended, really nice matte laminate.

I've used Photobox in the past. However, I wasn't that impressed. I like a bit more control over design and colour management, but you don't get that with them. Was quick and easy though..
 
I did the wife's card making business cards through vista print.
I waited on a special deal via email and ended up getting 250 cards on glossy laminated card for pennies using my own custom design uploaded to their site.
 
Goodprint! I had some really smart double sided done recently with lamination, very quick turnaround and great quality.
 
I use Silk Finish 400gsm from http://www.solopress.com

Probably not the cheapest £60 + vat for 500 (£65/1000) full colour BOTH SIDES, but quick turnaround and very nice quality.

Another vote for GoodPrint, they have done all my cards for all my businesses and they are the best possible quality at a fraction of the cost of many.

As for Vistaprint, I'd never touch them with yoiur barge pole, poor quality card (well if you can call it card) low print quality and then don't even go there as they have catch you out systems that suggest you sign up for discount only to find they take a tenner a month off you for the privalige, and been told trying to cancel this is a nightmare.
