looking to develop 100+ rolls of 35 mm colour film + scan & put onto a cd.
any suggestions please?
 
Well, surly the obvious is to approach some of the processor's recommended here, such as Photo Express of Hull, and see what discount you can get for such a bulk amount.

most camera and film processing joints offer 4 pounds / each at this volume.
Max spielmann shacks offer 2 pounds but, hmm, not sure about their quality.
the price though...
 
not sure if i should just have them developed and get a negative scanner.
 
That will be a lot of scanning so it depends how you value your time.

The cheapest will be costco but quality will depend what centre you go as some have very old equipment.
 
A good Asda super store will do dev and scan, with thumbnail index, to Cd for £3 and you could cram many films on to the fill the CD up which would save you money.....and think Tesco do it for the same price..........but the members here have varying opinions depending on how careful the operators are using the machines as you could get some dusty results. Maybe try one see the results and if good have the lot done.
