Indeed. If the dayi 612 backs weren't so hilariously expensive for what they are, I'd definitely have got one by now. Indeed, if people can make a whole 5x4 camera, surely making a 612 back can't be monumentally difficult?

Whilst not 6x12 you could use your 4x5 to make 2 panoramic images on one sheet of film by cutting down the darkslide.

What's that 5x2? So 5x12? Nominal. I could live with that you only really get 5.odd from a 120 roll. Now the question is can my simple brain cope with another point of failure.

Its about time I started a new project and that 6x17 looks great fun, plus I have a scanner that fits.

in fact, even 5x4 won't do it....it'll have to be a 10x8 or nothin, so that's that out the window
