Yes
In today's budget the Chancellor has announced new powers for tax inspectors to warn overseas buyers avoiding VAT. Full story here. I'm guessing that this will affect companies like Panamoz and Digital Rev too.

If they are sold for via eBay and Amazon, the yes. At the moment it seems they are targeting those platforms as they can hold them accountable.

About time too. Grey importers have been hammering nails into the coffin of the UK photo industry for years.

The chancellor has been clever in getting Ebay and Amazon to do all the leg work, and if he can make it stick with them, it will scare business away from all grey importers if buyers believe they're likely to get hit for nearly 30% extra unpaid duty and VAT.

It will obviously put up costs though.

Long over due.
