i'm confused by it all. parkers.co.uk says my car will be over £400 tax in 2009
but my car is a 2004 car, and i though that was previous to all this emission related tax stuff?
There is no reason for people to even require plastic bags, other than picking up dog muck.
I shop in the Coop, their plastic bags are biodegradeable, they break down in under 2 years.
So what do you buy from shops when you go to do some shopping then? give us a list![]()
i have a couple of 'tesco bag for life' bags. I keep them in the back of my Dodge Viper.
Just seen the article on the beeb website which shows the new car tax rulings -
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/in_depth/629/629/7293011.stm
My car is a Mondeo Zetec 1.8 petrol (125bhp) which at the moment costs me £165 per year road tax.
The new table shows my car (which produces 184g/km) will pay £260 next year. :shake:
Just had a quick look at the Skoda Octavia 2.0 TDI (170BHP), that only knocks out 151g/km which is £150. Time for a change of car me thinks.....
