I've had the 8500 set for a while now and they've generally been fine. Recently they've started to not automatically allow contacts to get through without me accepting the call. I've no idea why this is or how to fix it, but it tells you who the caller is from your contact book and then just doesn't let them through automatically. It's a bit weird as it only happens with certain contacts, but even deleting them and re-listing them under a slightly different name doesn't get rid of the problem. Still worth having when you look and find there have been a dozen calls from auto-diallers that were blocked.
