Brushes on cs5

ATM I'm watching a video on you tube on airbrushing and he has said bout using a hard brush where would I find them plz

Do you know where to open the dialog box to change the size of it in the toolbar? The option to make a brush hard or soft edged is immediately underneath it

To make brushes harder or softer use the brust palette as said above or
Harder shift + [
Softer shift + ]

There is a better way to adjust brush size and opacity (only in CS5 and CS6):
-Select the brush tool
-Now press Alt key and press the right mouse button :
move the mouse to right or left to adjust brush size and up or down to adjust brush hardness

This saves a lot of time and works also with many other tools like clone stamp, healing brush tool, eraser tool, sponge tool, dodge and burn tool, etc

That usually ajusts hardness not opacity? I just hit a number key when using the brush to change opacity, say 5 for 50%

With the brush tool selected just right click on the image and it'll give you the size and hardness sliders.
