Well this lot should cover holidays or whatever for nearly every subject (flashgun not included) and the total weight is about 7lbs which includes 50, 75, 150 and 200mm lenses also speedgrip and prism.Fits in all nicely in this camera holdall with plenty of bubble wrap and still room for flash and plenty of rolls of film (I've wedged the holdall out sideways to show the camera more).
Handy having an Isis 870 (that was given to me) but will only take closeup shots (anything over and the shots are not sharp) ...well that's all I need with a digi camera :D

The Bronny 645 is à comfortable size and weight for a MF outfit if used with a wlf.

Add à grip and prism and it starts to get clumbersome albiet much less so than the RZ67.

As regards weight and size, i think it comes down to balancing the kit that you wish to use with the situation that it's going to be used in......long walks, full day outings, climbing rough terrain or just an hour stroll in à park or town.

Carrying in hand or shoulder bag can become tiresome which i why i prefer à backpack as several pounds feel much lighter on your back, but of course it depends if you need the caméra ready for action, in which case being stashed away doesn't allow for capturing that surprise candid shot.

Well for me I wouldn't be without speedgrip and metered prism as it's handy for quick semi auto shots when you haven't time to do the metering or when using a flashgun...and of course just using the 75mm lens would make it lighter carrying it on your shoulder (which I used to do before buying other lenses).
