hi i have been looking on the web for posters of garden birds
i want something that i can glance at to identify what birds are in the garden.
does anyone know where i can download one from or a good site that i can go to..

I don't know of one Dave, but a handbook would probably be better, and you'd get a lot more info too. I use this one which I've had a good 20 years, but there are plenty of others if you do a search.

This one may be o.k. It's the RSPB's birdfeeder book but it comes with an i.d. poster with 60 common garden birds on it.

I'm sure I've seen bird i.d. posters in RSPB gift shops, although they're often aimed at children.
