I see that HiTech filters seem cheapest to buy at Bristol Cameras, but I have also seen some comments that they are not always reliable for delivering on time.

I am tempted to try my luck for the best price, but please share your experiences.

Thanks

Seems to be a history of getting stock to fill orders.

Their store isn't very big i have heard a lot of people have had problems with them... not sure what filter size you want, but i ordered some Canon ones from Amazon last night, 20 quid for a 77mm Canon filter, utter bargain.

Mmm, maybe I should spend a little more and get a better response.

I am looking to buy nd grads and the pro stop 10 square filters.

Has anyone had a good response from them? Unfortunately I live too far away to go to the shop. My question would also be - why are they cheaper online than the HiTech manufacturer?

Just purchased some hitech filters from teamphoto and they arrived next day.

I ordred £200's worth direct from Hitech, and after the 3rd week of no sign I cancllled the order.
If Bristol cameras are filling stock to order, you may have a very long wait on your hands.
I'd go with Teamwork. They actually hold stock.

+ for teamphoto. Speedgraphic aren't bad either..just ordered some Lee's last week. Arrived next day :)

Thanks very much, I will ring TeamWork and double check their stock tomorrow, and ask advice as I am not fully sure what to buy :bang:.

I want the 3 soft nd grads, HiTech filter holder and the ProStop 10 filter.

I've used Bristol Cameras a couple of times with no problems at all. That could have been luck :D who knows...

Great service from Bristol Cameras this week - they clearly had two items in stock, which they sent straight away, then the other two items in the order arrived separately today. I received regular email updates throughout, so a definite thumbs up from me.
