Bringing back detail/colour in selected areas.

Hi guys, what's the best/easiest for a novice to bring back colour/detail in images like the one below? I know I have some (maybe not in this image but in the raw file) but I'm struggling to bring it back without it looking terrible.

Either in Lightroom or Photoshop.

Sorry, didn't say where, but I thought it was pretty obvious the streaks on the left.

Easiest prob HSL sliders just increase red and oranges, etc or Or increase sat and vibrancy and brush in,

Loads and loads of ways to do this... Lab color can be fun

What do you mean bring back colour? The colours in that are quite saturated as it is. Any more and it will look a bit crap if you ask me.
