hi everyone
having taken some of my first shots with my D700 (woohoo!), I put them on the PC and previewed in Bridge. I created a metadata profile to append to the new set of images, as usual, but a pop up window said it couldn't carry out the function. (sorry I can't give the exact text, am at a different machine currently)
I had no problem when doing the same process taking image from the D90, so I'm guessing it's a setting I need to change in the new D700?
However once I've edited the NEF files, and saved as PSD or JPG files, I could append the metadata template to this without a problem.
any ideas?
