Breaking Bad? CONTAINS SPOILERS!

Well I'm up to date as of last night. Interesting episode. Walt was.................

Anyone else watch the latest episode? Don't want to give anything away but holy crap!!

I watched it last night. Holy crap indeed! I wasn't expecting certain situations. But most were probably inevitable.

Only read if you are bang up to date!

I thought Hank was going to kill Skyler, and head off with his kids into the sunset for some reason. That ain't happenin now! That was a great episode, really showed off the acting skills of the main characters I think. I could feel the anger/tension/hurt/misery of the situation - I was a bit shocked about Hank too

I thought Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul were absolutely brilliant. This is one of the best written and acted shows ever made. And yes, Hank's death was a surprise fo me as well.

These spoiler tags do come in handy. :D

I would have been disappointed if neither Hank or Gomez died. Thought it was a great episode on the whole, but... I'm seriously annoyed at how much air time Walt Jr is getting. He does nothing but eat breakfast and whine at this point. He was needed at the start to highlight how crappy Walt's lot in life was but Mitte's acting was shockingly bad. He needs to die before the finale in my opinion

Everyone up to date?

I'm so ridiculously excited for next weeks episode I fail to see how I can be anything other than disappointed.

I don't think I've watched an episode of a show and felt as distressed as I did with ep14.

Just wait til the end of 15...

Also waiting until evening so will be avoiding the internet etc tomorrow.

I've just downloaded the first series and watched one episode. Got to say I enjoyed it.

Going to download series two and three now and put them all on my iPad.

Should keep me entertained during the 26 hours of flights I've got over the coming month! Just got to try and resist watching them all before I leave.

They did a great job with the last episode. Was as expected but with some nice twists.

Amazing series and a very hard act to follow.

Ive got that empty feeling after finishing a great novel.

First watched breaking bad towards the end of season 2, and have been thrilled every time a new series came out. Was gutted when i got to episode 8 of series 5 and found i had to wait a YEAR for the last 8 episodes. I watched all the episodes again with my girlfriend over the past few months, managing to pace ourselves so we didn't have TOO much wait for episode 9.

Now what...

Feeling the blues that something so great is over. Have to say that after watching all of the wire / dexter / the shield / homeland and most of true blood / sopranos, nothing has come close to breaking bad (imho).

Truth be told not that much looking forward to 'better call saul', just can't see it living up to BB. Guess the only way to recapture the feeling of BB is to dust of some novels...

Yours Miserably,

Phil

It's not as good as The Sopranos, The Wire or even The Shield, which had a better finale. Boardwalk Empire is excellent right now and Game of Thrones is another show to check out. It was time for Breaking Bad to end, really I'd have ended it not long after Gus Frings comical death.

Season 1 of the wire was outstanding, the rest i didn't think lived up to the hype
The sopranos i stopped caring midway. Though i will probably watch them both the other half as she has seen neither.
Loved the shield, but not for me as good as BB. Though i have to agree the ending was very un-american in its lack of closure / yee-hah cowboy lets ride into the sun with the girl and the gold.

Also agree re the fring death, seemed they had some CGI labour that they had already paid for and needed to use, no other reason for the OTT comical scene.

Patiently waiting for a full BR box set.

I'm not much of a TV watcher, but this is comfortably my favourite TV show of all time. No idea what to watch now, Netflix is pretty much dead to me unless they actually up their game on the film side.

I haven't been back to watch it as I started from scratch just before the final series. Maybe next year though.

On a related note, has anyone seen any of "Better call Saul"?

Shows how in the loop I am...

So, getting on for a year later, how is everyone coping?

I just started watching again from the beginning for the 3rd time but a colleague of mine is on his 5th go. Anyone here top that?

I keep toying with the idea, keep seeing it there on. Netflix.... Going to give it a few more months. Just raced way through first two seasons of homeland instead
