Brands hatch

I never tried it myself but could be worth a go, outside of druids you should get some good head ons and on the inside of druids you'll easily get something decent, if its on the GP theres tons of shooting opprtunities and with the 55-250 youll have enough reach.

Thanks just hope the rain stays away

If it doesnt take a chammy leather if you have one or take a plastic bag and elastic bands and wrap round the lens or you could do what i done and cut the arm off a rain mac and use that, has worked a treat for me so far touch wood

Got a friends wedding tomorrow then brands on Sunday my mates son is racing a ginetta g 40

GP circuit this weekend - so you have some of the best spots open to you with not much fencing, pretty much ideally suited to 55-250 too.

You can get a wide range of angles just walk through Hawthorns and on toward Westfield.

You may be a little short for sterlings, but not much.

Hi Simon, I no it may be a bit late for this reply but having been to Brands on the last BSB round I found the following great for shooting with a 300mm lens
Over the bridge inside Druids - Fantastic
Westfield (on GP Circuit) Fantastic
Sheene Curve going into Sterlings -Fair but gets busy, good for reverse shots coming out of Sterlings with 500mm lens on

Hope this helps in the future fella.

Ian
