Bowens question

Hi Guys. I have a Bowens 500 twin lighting set up and I can only get one lamp to work continuous, it will work as a flash ok. Any ideas or where I could seek to have it fixed.

Also where could I get a decent users/set up guide?

If you swap model lamps does the problem go to the other lamp? I suspect it just needs a new model lamp if the flash fires ok.

As for setups, gosh there are so many Utube and online guides. Do a quick search of the lighting section and you should find a number of useful links
