Not his best, but a good fast paced thriller and worth a look if you haven't read anything by him before.

Currently reading 'You're Next' by Gregg Hurwitz - Simon Kernick fans, these books are similarly pacy.

I don't have a fave book overall, but the best book I have read in ages is Room, by Emma Donoghue.
We Need To Talk About Kevin is also fab.

Just started The Stone Canal by Ken Macleod. First book of his that I've read. He's been compared to Iain M Banks, so I'm hoping the comparison is correct!

Just finished "Ritual" by Mo Hayder, very good if a little gruesome in parts.

Will look out for the Gregg Hurwitz books as I do like books by Simon Kernick, so thanks for the heads-up, Anna.
