Yeah, I don't suppose people who do this sort of thing ever really think about the implications at all.
My wife worked as a receptionist back in the late 70s. They used to get quite a few bomb threats, usually on a Friday afternoon. The police got a tip off from somone who overheard drunken boasting in a pub nearby, and traced them to employees getting mates to call in because there was a good chance management would just close the factory early.

It made me laugh because it's such a stupid story, are people seriously that stupid?
Bomb threats are no laughing matter, I've had quiet a few threatening calls, although luckily they were a hoax, it's still a scary situation when you're the boss and have to politely warn 140 members of staff!
