Body & facial hair?

I have editing problems removing unwanted fine hairs from models faces , arms, sometimes backs etc.

I have Windows 7 with Elements 10, Portrait Professional and Topaz, but don't know enough yet to get rid of the problems. Can anyone please give me some guidance on how best to deal with this please.

I would use the Spot Healing Brush at a very narrow size with the picture zoomed to at least 100%, maybe 200%, then stroke the brush along the length of the hair. If there are a lot of them it would be simpler and faster to either use the clone stamp to copy clean skin from elsewhere or use a blur layer to blur the hair out of existence.
