blurred images

i've been trying to put photos onto the forum but i'm having to make them a lot smaller than they are to try and get them on, first they are crystal clear but when i resize them they are blurred and look a mess. can anyone help please ? :bang:

My shots look blurred and a mess before I resize them is'nt that what processing is for :shrug:

After you have resized them give them a sharpen and make sure you are working in sRGB colour space.
1000 pixel max and 200kb file size max is the largest you can resize them to. Try posting one and compare it to your copy on your hard drive.

thanks for your help i've tried again but no matter what i try as soon as i resize them to put them on the forum they are to blurred.:shrug:

Make sure you resize each side to scale. If not, that could cause the image to be distorted.
