Bluetooth transmitter / earbuds with no delay?

Can anyone recommend (preferably that you own) a small 3.5mm stereo jack bluetooth transmitter and bluetooth earbuds with no latency? I have recently bought a rather cheap setup that had a .5 second delay and are completely unusable. These are to monitor sound levels into a recorder for video work. I'm not looking for optimum sound quality but needs to have no delay.
