Blue sky,s

Hi all.
Please forgive my stupidity. But how do i get nice blue sky,s to finish of my scenery shots. They always seem to be washed out or grey, can darken them up on pc but not to my liking. Any help most welcome. Sam

Circular Polariser (CPL) filter will help a lot. Hoya Pro1 series are a pretty good bet and can be got for a reasonable price on ebay.

Yep just managed to get one via ebay/HK for £44 (77mm), almost a third of what I could find it being sold in the UK.

CPL i don't think will help you that much. it sounds to me that you need to balance the exposure between the sky and lanscape. an ND grad might help more.
