blending two images

OK.
Looking for some advice...

Have 2 images
One is a guy on black background looks fine but wanted to try and make it look like there is a light on background as well.

Have problems in blending them two without looking like I have pasted guy on to the background...
Any suggestions?
Anyone wants to have a go?

You'll need to include his shadow caused by the light

dont have it...yet...
how does it work ?
image with model has no shadow but it doesnt need to cast shadow on background

think its available in CS3 and 4 it was dropped in CS5 but they brought it back

tried it and not so easy...
by background is completely black and only model is lit...
anyone wants to have a go ?
