Black Rapid Question.

Hey there, I got the rs4 yesterday and it came with the screw.

It comes with the strap, however some people may want an extra one so that they can have use the strap with a second camera.

The word of God....can't argue with that!

An RS4? I didn't know there are different ones, I'm looking at an RS7!

I have the RS7 nice strap. It does come with one but getting an extra let's you put one on the tripod collar of a long lens or second body.

I believe the RS7 strap in curved to fit your shoulder better and the RS4 is a straight strap.

I bought an RS7 this week, and the difference compared to using the standard Nikon offering is just amazing!! The camera now just hangs to one side so naturally that you don't notice that it's there most of the time, and is so conveniently positioned that grabbing it quickly becomes second nature.

I'd fancied buying a Black Rapid for some time but resisted it due to the cost, please don't do as I did, it really is a well made bit of kit that will probably change the way you think about taking your (D)SLR out when you may have left it at home previously.

Cheers
Aled (who never thought he'd be so excited about a camera strap!!)

P.S. just wetting the camera fixing under the tap for a second before attaching it to the camera does definitely allow you to tighten it up that little bit tighter for peace of mind.

Lol! I believe the rs7 is slightly curved to ergonomically fit the shoulder better but the rs4 has a zip pocket for spare cards etc. You won't go wrong whichever one you choose :)

Also a double one that holds a camera either side.

I've got the RS7 myself, still pretty pleased with it :)
