do any of you football snappers use any of the black rapid rs camera straps. i was thinking of getting one for my 70-200mm & mk4 set up.will be using it while sitting on my peli and using my 300mm on other camera.The 70-200 would be hanging at my side ready to grab for closer action.

I'm not 100% but I thing Gary (Coyle), has a certain stap assembly for the Rugby!, but not sure which one?. Know doubt he'll respond soon!.

Yep I have one. Super kit - the camera dangles at your side and you just drop your hand to get it. Very nice indeed.
 
I have the RS double strap, 70-200mm one one side and 28-70mm on the other, strap can be seperated into 2 singles
 
I've got one of the single straps (not sure on model) pretty much as you describe, I sit on a peli case, 80-200 hanging by my side and 300 on a monopod.

Very easy to grab it with it hanging by the side... the more awkward thing is the monopod really.

Not sure TBH - just a single one.

Just ensure you keep checking the fixing bolt is always tight (never had problem with mine as it has a nice rubber washer on it) and that the little carabiner is tight.

do you attach it to your 80-200 or the camera body?
 
I use a RS-7 which is perfect if you're moving around a lot.
